
Enjoy a sumptuous meal amid the Victorian elegance of the Peel Mansion at the 10th Annual Christmas Gala on December 4, 2010 for $100 per person. Guests enjoy a social hour at 6 p.m. while strolling through the magnificent house with fabulous hors d’oeuvres complete with sparkling wines. Dinner is served at 7 p.m. Cocktail attire is suggested for women and business attire for men. Pass-arounds will be served with champagne, and wine will be served with dinner. The menu includes:

Entrée Grilled New York Strip – with winter vegetable confit and a green pepper demi glaze with a parmesan crisp
Dessert Stewed Apple Tarlet – with homemade champagne vanilla ice cream
