In addition to the Garden Room and/or Board Room rental, you will have access to the large patio area, and the "coffee bar / lounge" which is the perfect place for "break-out sessions". Each rental also includes access to our full catering kitchen.

We have the following audio/visual equipment available for your use when you rent either room at Compton Gardens:

  • overhead audio

The Conference Center also features commercial tier high speed wireless internet access. The A/V equipment, catering kitchen, patio, and lounge is available with the rental at no additional charge.

We have the following chairs and tables available for your use and included with your rental:

  • 10 4' round tables
  • 4 8' banquet tables
  • 90 folding chairs


You are free to use whatever caterer you would like, or you can even bring your own items to the Peel Mansion. We do have caterers we work with more frequently who we would be happy to recommend if you don't already have one in mind. Setup and cleanup for your event as well as linens for the tables are available at an additional charge. See our "Optional Services" or feel free to ask us for details.
