Private tours

compton gardens

When scheduled in advance, we can often provide a guided tour of the gardens for your private party. Our docents are very knowledgeable of the many different native plants and trees at Compton Gardens. The average tour lasts approximately 45 minutes as you walk through the half-mile paved trail exploring the gardens. We provide the tours, subject to the availability of our docents, at no charge to your group. All we ask is that you consider a donation to the Peel Compton Foundation.

We can also accomodate a combination private tour and catered luncheon! This would give your group an opportunity to visit and explore the gardens as well as the Conference Center, which was once the home of Dr. Neil Compton.
