Celebrate 150 Years of the Peel Home at Our Community Picnic, presented by Arvest & Crossland!

Join us on June 1st for a memorable community picnic as we celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Peel Home, built in 1875. Gather with friends, family, and neighbors for a day filled with history, fun, and festivities in the beautiful Peel Museum gardens!

Your ticket includes a picnic lunch, plus an afternoon of engaging activities for all ages. Witness the burying of a time capsule, try your hand at classic yard games, and explore interactive exhibits that bring the 1800s to life. Learn about Bentonville’s deep-rooted apple heritage, experience traditional music and dance, and watch live demonstrations of blacksmithing, pottery, soap making, and more.

Picnic Lunch

Every ticket comes with a delicious picnic lunch from The Sous Chef, featuring fried chicken, potato salad, and all the fixin’s—plus ice cream from Leo the Ice Cream Man!

Time Capsule Burial

Bentonville’s mayor will join us to bury a time capsule, set to be opened in 25 years! Follow us on social media to help decide what goes inside.
