Free Family Fun for the community!

Dr. Compton Day is a free community event for all ages to learn about conservation, environmental stewardship and recreational activities in NWA. The event is a celebration of Dr. Compton and the issues he championed in Arkansas and beyond.

Activities feature interactive stations from a growing list of organizations. Events include rock painting, music, ice cream, cake, food trucks, shopping and more!

This will be a downtown event that you won’t want to miss! Grab your family, stop by the Farmers Market, then make your way to Compton Gardens to participate in our interactive celebration on Saturday August 8th from 9am-noon!
