Coler Grove

The Coler Grove includes an open air covered pavilion with a water fountain and tables and chairs for up to 28 guests. Past the pavilion you’ll find four yoga platforms and a workout station. Utilize the gravel lot for extra parking or event space.

Coler Campground

Camp with direct access to the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve trail system. Enjoy the community firepit under strung lights and the clean, modern, and spacious bathhouse facilities that feature indoor and seasonal open-air hot water showers. The Color Campground is fully equipped with a bike wash repair station and a water bottle refill station, so you can be prepared to ride, hike, and explore the preserve.

The Homestead

Two open-air barns with historic and modern touches, a lush acre of manicured meadow, and direct access to all the features of Coler. The large barn includes two farm style tables, four benches, and rustic string lights. The small barn provides a performance area and features stage lighting. Restrooms available steps away at Airship Coffee.

Two spaces at Coler Campground, and parking for up to five permitted vehicles with attendant access.

The Homestead is accessible by foot or bicycle and is less than a mile from the North and South Gateway parking lots via the Greenway Trail, parking is limited in both lots.

Additional Policies & Considerations

The  Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is open to the public from sunrise to 11pm; all trails, facilities  exclusive of rental space,  and  Airship at Coler are open to the public. All events at the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve must be concluded by 10PM. Thank you for leaving no trash behind. 

The North Gateway parking lot has 15 parking spaces, 1 ADA accessible. The South Gateway parking lot has 25 parking spaces, 2 ADA accessible. Coler Grove parking lot has 48 parking spaces, 4 ADA accessible. All lots operate on a first come first served basis. A plan for overflow parking may be required based on the size of your event and facility rented.

Airship at Coler operates independently of Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Please contact Airship’s sales manager Claire Bullard at claire @airshipcoffee.com for more information about the on-site cafe. Coler Mountain Bike Preserve has an open catering policy, and you may provide your own food and beverages for your event. Alcohol must be served in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. All sales of alcohol must be conducted through a certified server or caterer that holds the appropriate license and permits to serve alcoholic beverages.

Based on the size and nature of the event, guests may be required to provide plans for event staff, live music, tenting, furniture rental, portable restrooms, trail use, and catering or food and beverage service. All loading in and out of third-party vendors and set up and breakdown of the event the must be conducted within the contracted rental period.

Events over 100 guests are subject to a $185 service fee. All programs or events must be approved by the Peel Compton Foundation.
