Cost

  • $500 for up to 4 hours (includes set up and breakdown)
  • $185 cleaning fee

Enjoy covered seating at the Osage Park Pavilion with access to all the amenities that Osage Park has to offer! An Osage Park Pavilion rental includes:

  • Tables and chairs for up to 64 guests
  • An unbeatable lake view
  • Sound system
  • Access to the Osage Park food truck court

  • Osage Park is open to the public from sunrise to sunset. Rental set-up may begin no earlier than 8am and must be concluded by 10pm.
  • Rental clients must ensure that the pavilion and outdoor space is free of event-related debris (food, flower petals, decor, etc.). Rice, birdseed, sparklers, and confetti are not allowed.

Public parking available, first come first served. Parking lot includes 84 parking spaces and 3 ADA parking spaces.

Interested in booking your event at The Quiver? Fill out this group reservation form!

  • 1 hour of archery and use of the spectator area 30 minutes before and after (2 hours total)
  • Certified Group Instructor
  • Archery equipment: bows, arrows, arm guards, and finger tabs
  • Spectator Area, with tables and chairs
  • Archery games suitable to the group’s experience level

  • Make sure to wear closed toe shoes and dress for the weather.

  • Although The Quiver provides archery equipment, archers are permitted to bring their own. Please note that crossbows and broad heads are not allowed at the Range.

  • Adults and children ages 8+ can shoot at The Quiver. Children under 8 are allowed, but must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) and remain in the spectator area.

  • Food and drinks are allowed in the spectator area, but please leave the area as clean as you found it. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
