Expedition Field Trips
Get students out of the classroom & learning outside!
Our free Expedition Field Trips sponsored by Black Hills Energy are designed to take 5th and 6th grade students on a one-day journey exploring the Osage Park Wetlands and/or Coler Mountain Bike Preserve!
This year, schools have the opportunity to register for both Expeditions! This means that your students can attend 1 day of the Wetland Expedition and 1 day of the Woodlands Expedition. Choose one or both Expeditions in the registration form below.
Wetland Expedition
May 8th, 9th, & 10th
9am-1:20pm

Woodland Expedition
May 15th, 16th, & 17th
9am-1:20pm
(choose 1 date)
Students will engage in hands on activities through rotating stations related to the following topics:
