Carriage House Rental Details

Recessed lighting and chandeliers fill 900 square feet of the Carriage House with charming elegance for up to 100 seated guests, or 150 guests for a standing reception. Detailed molding combined with the Walker Display hanging system provides the opportunity for customized decor, or a classic aesthetic.

Conservatory
Rental Details

At 495 square feet the Conservatory can accommodate up to 55 seated guests or 85 guests for a standing reception. Black and white tile floors offer a sophisticated design under a pitched ceiling and connect the room to 5 sets of double doors featuring floor to ceiling windows that lead to the terrace.

North Terrace & Lawn

The North Terrace features a retractable awning, outdoor speakers, access to the bridal suite, and a path to the heritage orchard, butterfly garden, and vegetable garden. The North Lawn accommodates an outdoor tent up to 40’ x 60’ for up to 275 seated guests, and 400 guests for a standing reception.

South Lawn

The guest entrance to the Peel Mansion begins at the South Lawn, complete with a fountain, ceremonial arbor, and direct access to the South Porch. The South Lawn features the Rose Garden, Cuttings Garden, Perennial Garden, and Herb Garden.

Additional Policies & Conditions

Your rental includes the use of ten (10) 8’ banquet tables, sixteen (16) 4’ round tables, ten (10) 32” cocktail tables, one hundred fifteen (115) white padded chairs, and fifty (50) white Chiavari chairs. Linens are available for a fee of $5 per round, $10 per banquet, and $25 per 50 napkins. A portable outdoor arbor is available upon request.

Audio visual equipment included in your rental includes a wireless microphone, two lapel microphones, a sound system with standard 3.55mm AUX audio cable, ClickShare technology for wireless presentation, WIFI, a large screen television, a projector with large screen, and podium.

The onsite catering kitchen features a large refrigerator, hot holding cabinet, ice machine, and a private entrance with parking for loading in and out of the facility.

The parking lot at The Peel Mansion has 24 parking spaces with 2 additional ADA spaces. Overflow parking is available at the Wal-Mart parking lot located directly behind The Peel Museum.

The Peel Museum has an open catering policy, and you may provide your own food and beverage for your event. Alcohol must be served in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. All sales of alcohol must be conducted through a certified server or caterer that holds the appropriate license and permits to serve alcoholic beverages.

Weekends & Evenings : 8AM-12PM

  • Begins after 3PM on Weekdays
  • 12 hours – $1,500
  • Hourly – $150/hr (2 hr min)

  • Museum Docent: $50/hr
